Carolina Red Suace
This is my marquee sauce, developed over the last 35 years. Use it to marinate and/or glaze a large assortment of meats, poultry, seafood and veggies. Chicken, pork ribs, steaks and shrimp are just some of the preferred uses. Carolina Red can also be used as a base fof hotdog chili (just add pre-browned ground beef), baked beans (add beans, onions, Worcestershire sauce and bacon), meatballs, table top steak sauce and dip for chips. |
